At Daud Transfers, we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent refund terms. By booking with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Cancellations by the Customer

More than 24 hours before travel – Any deposit or payment made will be refunded in full.

Within 24 hours of travel – Deposits are non-refundable. If full payment has been made, a partial refund (excluding deposit) may be provided at our discretion.

No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup point without notice) – No refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations by Daud Transfers
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking (e.g., vehicle breakdown or driver emergency):

A full refund will be issued immediately.

Where possible, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at no extra cost.
3. Delays & Missed Flights

If your flight is delayed, our complimentary waiting time (30 minutes) applies. Beyond this, extra waiting time charges may apply.

Refunds will not be given for missed flights, trains, or events due to traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Method of Refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Daud Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
5. Non-Refundable Services

Deposits within 24 hours of travel.

Bookings where the passenger has been abusive, unsafe, or in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
