Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Daud Transfers, we aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent refund terms. By booking with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 

 

1. Cancellations by the Customer

 

 

  • More than 24 hours before travel – Any deposit or payment made will be refunded in full.

  • Within 24 hours of travel – Deposits are non-refundable. If full payment has been made, a partial refund (excluding deposit) may be provided at our discretion.

  • No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup point without notice) – No refund will be issued.

 

 

 

2. Cancellations by Daud Transfers

 

 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking (e.g., vehicle breakdown or driver emergency):

 

  • A full refund will be issued immediately.

  • Where possible, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at no extra cost.

 

 

 

3. Delays & Missed Flights

 

 

  • If your flight is delayed, our complimentary waiting time (30 minutes) applies. Beyond this, extra waiting time charges may apply.

  • Refunds will not be given for missed flights, trains, or events due to traffic, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 

 

 

4. Method of Refund

 

 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Daud Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

 

 

 

5. Non-Refundable Services

 

 

  • Deposits within 24 hours of travel.

  • Bookings where the passenger has been abusive, unsafe, or in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
