These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Daud Transfers’ services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

 

 

2. Services Provided

 

 

We provide pre-booked private hire airport transfers and long-distance taxi services across Bristol and the South West.

 

 

3. Booking & Payments

 

 

  • All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

  • A deposit (minimum 10%) may be required at the time of booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before or on the day of travel unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are fixed once booked; no hidden charges will apply.

 

 

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before travel.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the journey.

  • No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup point) are non-refundable.

 

 

 

5. Waiting Time & Delays

 

 

  • For airport pickups, we include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

  • Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

 

 

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 

 

  • Customers must provide accurate booking details.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have enough time to reach their destination.

  • Misuse of our vehicles or abusive behaviour towards our drivers will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

 

 

 

7. Liability

 

 

  • Daud Transfers will take reasonable steps to ensure punctual service, but we are not responsible for missed flights or connections caused by events beyond our control.

  • Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the cost of the booking.
