1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Daud Transfers’ services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide pre-booked private hire airport transfers and long-distance taxi services across Bristol and the South West.
3. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be made via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

A deposit (minimum 10%) may be required at the time of booking.

Full payment must be completed before or on the day of travel unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are fixed once booked; no hidden charges will apply.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before travel.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the journey.

No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup point) are non-refundable.
5. Waiting Time & Delays

For airport pickups, we include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

Additional waiting time may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have enough time to reach their destination.

Misuse of our vehicles or abusive behaviour towards our drivers will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
7. Liability

Daud Transfers will take reasonable steps to ensure punctual service, but we are not responsible for missed flights or connections caused by events beyond our control.

Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the cost of the booking.
